Return & Exchange Policy

At Trust God’s Timing, we put care into every product we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for size issues, subject to stock availability.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items bought during sales, discounts, or special offers

  • Customized or limited-edition products

  • Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason.

  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a traceable courier service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order number.

  • We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
