Shipping Policy

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds (if applicable) for RTO orders will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
